Textbook Exchange is a portal for exchange of school textbooks and it is available to all primary and secondary school students and their parents in the Republic of Croatia.

It is a Croatian online textbook exchange developed on the initiative of the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, in cooperation with CARNet.

The Textbook Exchange is a portal for the exchange of school textbooks, enabling communication between the students who wish to offer their used textbooks and the students who need those textbooks. Each user can access the information and contact data of a person offering the titles, and each user is provided with a possibility to offer titles with which he or she disposes. In this way, students and their parents can make a simple purchase of school books and all necessary equipment at a very affordable price.

The specificity of the Textbook Exchange is that it contains a list of all Croatian schools and classes and information about the titles used by a class in the previous school year. By using this list, a user can automatically and very easily make a list of textbooks which he or she offers. Titles in the Textbook Exchange are chosen from the list of textbooks approved by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports.
