eVET2Edu – training VET teachers for the use of ICT in instruction

General aim of the eVeT2Edu project is to support trainers and teachers from VET sector in implementation of dynamic, open and innovative methods by adapting and transfering validated e-learning course for vocational schools and training sector. The course is based on innovative pedagogical methods (eg. online collaboration, reflection, peer learning) and uses various open tools. It will enable teachers and institutions to integrate them with new qualification framework and current teaching practice. The course will be available as open resource in 8 languages together with the facilitator’s detailed manual.

The project is funded through the Leonardo da Vinci project line, it begain in October 2012 and will last for 24 months. The existing e-learning course is the result of e-Teacher LDV Project (2005-2007) and iCamp Project (6th FP 2006-2009).
