Members Service aims to improve the cooperation and quality of contacts between member institutions and CARNet. Within the scope of cooperation with member institutions, the Members Service:

• actively follows the members' implementation and use of resources
• regulates the mutual legal obligations between the members and CARNet
• plans the necessary upgrading of infrastructure of the members (connection, web server)
• keeps records on the state of affairs in institutions and
• reports to the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports on the state of affairs in institutions.

The Members Service can be contacted every working day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by telephone, fax or e-mail.
