In cooperation with T-Mobile, CARNET provided the users with a single access to the CARNET network – mobile access to network resources. This service can no longer be contracted. All existing users of the Stick2CARNET service can continue to use it in accordance with the existing contractual obligations. The service provides mobile Internet access using mobile access technologies. The choice of Internet access technology (HSDPA, UMTS, EDGE, GPRS) depends on location coverage.

- The connection parameters required for Stick2CARNet connectivity are:
- Authentication method: “PAP”
- User data: user name email@example.com and password
- Access Point (APN): carnet.apn
As far as authentication method is concerned, it is necessary to enable PAP without the compression method and the encryption method.
The Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server for the Stick2CARNET service is: mail.stick2.carnet.hr.
To resolve the issues related to the electronic identity (invalid username or password, forbidden connection, etc.), contact the registry administrator of the institution or the CARNET Helpdesk.
