As part of the project \u201ee-Schools: Establishment of a Development system for digitally mature Schools (pilot project) the last workshop by the Committee for developing the Strategy for Digital Maturity of Schools was held \u201cfrom 2 to 4 July 2018 in Zagreb. The workshop was organized by the Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET as the developer in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Education and experts from UNESCO.<\/p>\n

\u201eThe Strategy for Digital Maturity of Schools derives from the results of the pilot project e-Schools and is based on the digital maturity framework, the research on the impact of the e-Schools project on the educational system and other relevant international researches in the field of technology in education. It relies on the National Strategy of Education, Science and Technology, and expands in the field of digital transformation of schools in the Republic of Croatia in the next twelve years\u201d, said Goran Kezunovi\u0107, the CEO of CARNET adding that it sets the basic framework for future projects in the field of digital transformation of education funded by the EU structural funds after 2020.<\/p>\n

The Strategy includes strategic planning which directs and prioritizes policies, activities and projects in the field of the computerisation of schools until 2030. All relevant stakeholders have been involved in its creation, including the Ministry of Science and Education, teacher training agencies, teachers, school principles and representatives of academic community and enterpreneurs.<\/p>\n

Dr. Fengchun Miao, the Chairman of the UNESCO Unit for ICT in Education and prof. Hyo-Jeong So from the Technology College of Education, Ewha Woman\u2019s University from the Republic of Korea will attend the workshop alongside the Croatian experts.<\/p>\n

The cooperation of CARNET and UNESCO is related to strategic planning of investing in digital technologies in primary and secondary schools in Croatia, an overview of technology policies on education and creating a framework for the Strategy for Digital Maturity, its implementation and adoption.<\/p>\n

The draft of the Strategy is expected by the end of August 2018 and its adoption by March 2019.

U sklopu provedbe projekta \u201ee-\u0160kole: Uspostava sustava razvoja digitalno zrelih \u0161kola (pilot projekt)\u201c u Zagrebu se, od 2. do 4. srpnja 2018. godine, odr\u017eava posljednja radionica Povjerenstva za izradu Strategije digitalne zrelosti \u0161kola. Radionicu organizira Hrvatska akademska i istra\u017eiva\u010dka mre\u017ea - CARNET kao nositelj pilot projekta e-\u0160kole, u suradnji s Ministarstvom znanosti i obrazovanja te stru\u010dnjacima iz UNESCO-a.<\/p>\r\n

\u201eStrategija digitalne zrelosti \u0161kola proizlazi iz rezultata pilot projekta e-\u0160kole i temelji se na okviru digitalne zrelosti, istra\u017eivanju o utjecaju projekta e-\u0160kole na obrazovni sustav te relevantnim svjetskim istra\u017eivanjima iz podru\u010dja tehnologije u obrazovanju. Oslanja se na nacionalnu Strategiju obrazovanja, znanosti i tehnologije, a pro\u0161iruje ju u segmentu digitalne transformacije \u0161kolstva u Republici Hrvatskoj za sljede\u0107ih dvanaest godina\u201c, izjavio je Goran Kezunovi\u0107, ravnatelj CARNET-a, dodaju\u0107i kako ona postavlja temeljni okvir za budu\u0107e projekte u sferi digitalne transformacije obrazovanja koja \u0107e se financirati iz Strukturnih fondova EU nakon 2020. godine.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Strategija podrazumijeva proces strate\u0161kog planiranja koji usmjerava i prioritizira politike, aktivnosti i projekte u podru\u010dju informatizacije \u0161kola i \u0161kolskog sustava do 2030. godine. U njeno kreiranje su uklju\u010deni svi va\u017eni dionici sustava obrazovanja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja, obrazovne agencije, nastavnike, ravnatelje, predstavnike akademske zajednice i poduzetnika.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Uz hrvatske stru\u010dnjake iz sustava odgoja i obrazovanja, na radionici \u0107e sudjelovati dr. Fengchun Miao, direktor Jedinice za informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije u obrazovanju UNESCO-vog Obrazovnog sektora te prof. Hyo-Jeong So s Odjela obrazovnih tehnologija Tehnolo\u0161kog koled\u017ea u obrazovanju s Ewha \u017denskog Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta (Technology College of Education, Ewha Woman\u2019s University) iz Republike Koreje.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Suradnja CARNET-a i UNESCO-a u ovome segmentu vezana je uz strate\u0161ko planiranje investicija u digitalnim tehnologijama u osnovnim i srednjim \u0161kolama u Hrvatskoj, izradu pregleda politika tehnologija u obrazovanju, te okvira za Strategiju digitalne zrelosti i plana savjetovanja, provedbe i prihva\u0107anja Strategije.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Prijedlog Strategije digitalne zrelosti \u0161kola o\u010dekuje se do kraja kolovoza 2018., a njeno usvajanje do o\u017eujka 2019. godine.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n
