{"id":21218,"date":"2022-06-24T14:00:18","date_gmt":"2022-06-24T12:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.carnet.hr\/?p=21218"},"modified":"2022-06-24T14:00:18","modified_gmt":"2022-06-24T12:00:18","slug":"poziv-za-prijavu-na-natjecaj-za-projekt-learning-from-the-extremes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.carnet.hr\/en\/poziv-za-prijavu-na-natjecaj-za-projekt-learning-from-the-extremes\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for applications to the Learning from the Extremes project competition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We invite all schools from rural areas to apply for the competition within the project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carnet.hr\/en\/projekt\/learning-from-the-extremes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Learning from the Extremes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Learning from the Extremes project is part of preparatory actions aimed at reducing the inequality in access to the internet, digital devices, tools, and content faced by school communities in rural and remote areas of European Union member states. The main goal of the project is to finance school projects through which schools will be able to acquire digital devices, train teachers, and ensure access to various digital content and tools.<\/p>\n<p>CARNET, as the national coordinator of this project, invites all schools to design and submit their school's digital maturity development projects. Have you thought about ways to create various models in chemistry or biology classes using a 3D printer, or about applying digital measuring devices in physics classes? Have you wanted to try the flipped classroom method? Or is this an opportunity to realize the idea of elective robotics classes? Apply, surprise us with your original ideas, and bring them to life with your students.<\/p>\n<p>Teachers from schools selected to participate in the project will be able to share their teaching experience with colleagues from both domestic and international communities, and will have the opportunity to gain new knowledge through training on the application of digital technologies in teaching.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, the prerequisite for participating in the project is the geographical location of the school, which must be in a rural area.
