Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals program, CARNet concluded a grant agreement for a two-year project titled \u201cDevelopment of Digitally Mature Schools \u2013 CARNet Capacity Building in the Field of Research and Use of ICT in Teaching and Learning\u201d.<\/p>\n
Erasmus+ is the European Union's most comprehensive program in the fields of education, training, youth, and sports. It is designed to stimulate skill improvement and employability, as well as to support the modernization of education, training, and youth systems. One of Erasmus+'s main program objectives is to allocate funds to individuals for studying abroad, either within or outside the EU.<\/p>\n
Erasmus+ offers the possibility of international mobility for individuals and international cooperation for organizations. However, interested individuals must apply through their institutions.<\/p>\n
Approved within the framework of the project \u201cDevelopment of Digitally Mature Schools \u2013 CARNet Capacity Building in the Field of Research and Use of ICT in Teaching and Learning\u201d, are four types of mobility for CARNet employees and a total contract amount of 8,467.00 euro, which includes three structured courses and one work observation in an adult education organization (job shadowing). The project lasts from December 31, 2015 \u2013 December 31, 2017, during which the realization of the four types of mobility and the dissemination of the project outcomes and results are planned.<\/p>\n
The target groups for the CARNet mobility project are elementary and secondary school teachers in the Republic of Croatia, school principals and expert associates, as well as employees of public institutions within the educational system. The competences of these individuals will be developed by the project participants after the mobility activities are completed. By building the capacities of the project participants and disseminating the project's outcomes and results through a series of organized educational activities for the target group, one of the primary objectives of the Erasmus+ program\u2014increasing the number of adults engaged in lifelong learning\u2014will be achieved.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
