Scientix webinar: How to do low-budget science experiments from home or at school?

As part of the Scientix 4 project on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at 6 PM A webinar titled „Low-Cost Experiments – Increase Access to Hands-On Science at Home and School” will be held.”

Practical science is often considered difficult to conduct at school, and especially at home, due to a lack of materials for experiments. The aim of this webinar is to show parents and teachers that all the necessary materials for conducting science experiments are already found at home.

If you're lacking ideas for teaching or tutoring STEM subjects from home, we invite you to register for this webinar via Links.

To participate in the webinar, you will need to prepare the following materials:

  • roll of paper towel (with or without paper)
  • two rolls of toilet paper (with or without paper)
  • standard earphones (not headphones)
  • Mobile phone with a frequency generator app
  • Scotch tape
  • candle
  • face mask
  • plastic mesh.
