Education

From the end of August to the first half of September 2014, training sessions were held on educational trends and the use of virtual learning systems that schools received with the devices they use. This was done so that teachers would gain all the necessary knowledge and technical support, and thus use technology as prepared and easily as possible. Also, some schools began using e-Dnevnik that year.

Microsoft Classrooms of the Future

Microsoft's classrooms of the future are equipped with tablet computers and a smartboard, connected by a comprehensive software solution for device management, interactive teaching, and internet use, all under the supervision of a teacher who has an overview of all student tablet screens and complete control over the content students use during class. The tablets are installed with the Windows 8.1 operating system, and the smartboard has a touchscreen, thus enabling interactive teaching for students and teachers. As part of the preparation for using Microsoft Office 365 services in the entire educational community, this equipment enables additional features that Microsoft offers to its users.

In collaboration with teachers and a partner company, digital teaching materials will be created together, adapted to the Croatian educational process and language.
