CARNET's Higher Education User Conference – THECUC The annual meeting of various participants is high education, including public policy makers, management, teaching staff, system administrators, and IT personnel.

One of the most important topics of the conference is the project e-University, which aims for digital transformation high education in Croatia through the implementation and development of digital teaching infrastructure, digital tools, and competencies. 

The conference presents a systemic approach to digital transformation and its contribution to flexible and innovative education. By integrating organizational, management, infrastructural, and educational development categories, digital transformation can align national and European higher education policies.
