Empowering CARNET Employees in Social Media, Adult Education, and Leadership

Project “Empowering CARNET Employees in Social Media, Adult Education, and Leadership“It took place from July 2014 to the end of June 2015 within the framework of Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals. The project was co-financed by the European Union.

Erasmus+ is the EU program in the fields of education, training, youth, and sport for the period 2014-2020, whose purpose is to support the efforts of participating countries in effectively utilizing the opportunities of European human and social capital, while confirming the principle of lifelong learning by linking support for formal, non-formal, and informal learning in the fields of education, training, and youth.

About the project

The project's goal was to strengthen the capacities of CARNET employees by attending training in the areas of leadership and management competencies, international relations and cooperation, and the use of social media in adult education. Capacity building is important for the implementation of the e-Schools project, which requires good management competencies and communication skills in cooperation and work with all involved partners and stakeholders.

The project consisted of three phases: preparation, mobility implementation, and knowledge sharing and dissemination of information.

The collaborating institutions on the project were the organizers of the planned training sessions, namely the company In Dialogue Netherlands and the initially planned company Magenta Consultoria Projects S.L.U., which canceled one of the originally scheduled training sessions.

Mobility

The mobilities achieved were related to the following trainings:

  1. Clear Leadership
  2. Inspiring facilitation, teaching, and training
