Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Its budget of €14.7 billion will provide opportunities for over 4 million Europeans to study, train gain experience, and volunteers abroad.
About the Project
The aim of the project was to strengthen the capacity of CARNet Employees by attending training in the area of competence of leadership and management, international relations and cooperation, and the use of social media in teaching adults. Strengthening the capacity is important for the implementation of the e-Schools project, which requires good management competence and communication skills in collaboration and work with all involved partners and parties.
The project consisted of three phases: preparation, the realisation of mobilities and sharing of knowledge and the dissemination of information.
Participating institutions in the project were the organizers of the planned trainings, namely the company In Dialogue Netherlands. Initially a planned company was Magenta Consultoria Projects S.L.U. which canceled one of the originally planned training.
