Project description

Through this project, which includes four mobility events, new collaborations and partnerships have been developed at the European level, thereby gaining new insights in the area of accessible digital content and new tools, specifically targeted at users, people with disabilities, and parents. Familiarization with European standards, cooperation with European organizations, and their experiences have contributed to the improvement of existing services and ensured their accessibility for the aforementioned users.

  • Acquiring new knowledge and skills in applying web accessibility.;
  • Adaptation of existing educational and other online content and creation of new content in accordance with European accessibility standards;
  • Creating new digital e-learning tools specifically for parents to use with children with disabilities;
  • Review and development of existing digital tools for e-learning;
  • Creating new digital e-learning tools specifically for parents to use with children with disabilities;
  • Increasing the visibility, and therefore the availability, of online content and tools for adult users, persons with disabilities, and parents;
  • Improvement of communication skills, teamwork skills, and coordination;
  • Collecting new ideas, experiences, and information through education in an international environment and cooperation with other organizations.
The project consisted of three phases:
  1. Preparation phase – gathering necessary documentation, finding and agreeing with involved partner organizations, and other preparatory activities for mobility implementation;
  2. mobility phase – participation in structured courses;
  3. results dissemination and knowledge exchange phase – internally, within CARNET, and externally, towards external users.
