e-Građani mToken is a credential of a significant level of security, which allows users to electronically authenticate to access the system. e-Citizens. It consists of a mobile and a server application. The mobile application is used to generate one-time passwords with which the user accesses public electronic services.
Given that mToken is a credential of significant security level, it is intended for accessing public electronic services within the e-Citizen project, which require low and significant security level credentials for access. .
In addition to the e-Građani mToken mobile application, there is also an e-Građani mToken server application, where users can view and change their contact information, and use it to activate the client application on another mobile device.
Special attention is paid to application security and data protection:
- e-Građani mToken does not store the user's secret PIN anywhere
- e-Citizen mToken cannot be copied to another mobile device
- The e-Citizen mToken for generating one-time passwords does not use an internet connection.
Users
How to become a user
To activate the e-Građani mToken application on your mobile device, you must visit a FINA branch in person. Along with a correctly completed and signed application form, you need to present a valid identity card or passport to the clerk at the counter.

Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET respects the privacy and security of e-Citizens mToken users. Therefore, through this privacy notice, we wish to inform you about what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what your rights are regarding data processing.
The data we collect
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the following data are collected when activating the e-Građani mToken: name, surname, unique personal identification number (OIB), address, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
All personal data is used exclusively for the purpose for which it was collected.
The period for which personal data will be stored
All personal data will be deleted after the purpose for which it was collected has ceased, or upon termination of the contractual relationship, and at the latest after the expiry of all legal obligations related to the retention of personal data.
Transfer of your personal data
The collected data will not be made available to third parties in any way, except in cases where such an obligation is regulated by law.

The user has the following rights at all times:
