At the ECCC Steering Committee meeting, held in Donostia – San Sebastián, Mr. Hrvoje Puljiz, ECCC Steering Committee member and Head of NCC Croatia, Mr. Marin Ante Pivčević, Deputy Steering Committee Member, and Mr. Ivan Šabić, Deputy Director of CARNET, are participating.
The agenda, led by ECCC Executive Director Luc Tagliaretti, included reports on current and upcoming calls, detailed updates from working groups, and a broader discussion on the collaborative engagement strategy via the Atlas platform. Special emphasis was placed on joint efforts aimed at enhancing community engagement within the cybersecurity ecosystem. Amendments/strategic decisions concerning financial rules, Working Time Regulations and hybrid work, and education rules were also discussed.
Technical discussions involved collaboration through several working groups, exploring the outcomes of NCCs and investigating areas such as network management and cooperation with Ukraine. The upcoming European Cybersecurity Challenge 2024 in Turin, organized by the National Interuniversity Consortium for Informatics (CINI), was highlighted.
