e-Class Register upgraded with new features

September 9, 2024.

At the start of the new school year, CARNET has upgraded the e-Class Register system, adding new functionalities and making changes in accordance with the new Regulation on Pedagogical Documentation and Records, as well as public documents in educational institutions.

The Ministry of Science, Education, and Youth has introduced a new Regulation on Pedagogical Documentation, which brings certain changes to the data records maintained in the e-Class Register and mandates the inclusion of additional records that were not previously part of the system. In line with these changes, CARNET has enabled the recording of new sections in the e-Class Register, as prescribed by Article 6 of the Regulation. A new section has been added for all schools, allowing the recording of data on selected morphological characteristics, motor, and functional abilities of students. This is a completely new feature in the e-Class Register, enabling Physical Education teachers to enter data on measurements conducted during PE lessons.

For secondary schools, a new functionality has been developed to record information for students continuing their education towards higher qualifications. Schools offering programs for obtaining the vocational qualification of General Care Nurse/General Care Medical Technician can now enter data into new sections, which are part of the monitoring journal. With these upgrades, we have enabled our users to avoid keeping these records on paper, as they can now be entered into the e-Class Register in compliance with the Regulation.
