The contract was signed by Mr Zvonimir Stanić, CARNet's Chief Executive Officer and Mr Ivan Filipović, Executive Director of the TechEd Savjetodavne Usluge d.o.o. company, as a representative of the group of tenderers consisting of TechEd Savjetodavne Usluge d.o.o., Ecorys Croatia d.o.o., the Anton Martin Slomšek Institute, Cognita d.o.o. and the Zagreb Open University.

Along with the frameworks, a guide containing the description and purpose of the frameworks, the methodology of their creation and the method of their use will also be prepared and is expected to be published in September 2016.
