Previous market research: Moodle system

The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET plans to begin the public procurement process for the design, implementation, and maintenance of a high-performance and scalable Moodle system, as well as the redesign of the Moodle system interface and optimization of the user experience. This will occur in the second phase of the program: “e-Schools – comprehensive computerization of school operations and teaching processes aimed at creating digitally mature schools for the 21st century.”.

Accordingly, complying with the Public Procurement Act (NN 120/16), before the formal start of the public procurement procedure for the purpose of market research (in order to prepare the procurement and inform economic operators of its plans and procurement requirements), CARNET will publish requirements related to the intended public procurement of:

i) Design, implementation, and maintenance of a high-performance and scalable Moodle system

ii) Moodle system interface redesign and user experience.

For further planning and preparation of procurement documentation, we kindly ask all interested parties to submit comments and suggestions, along with the estimated value of all cost items using the enclosed cost statements in accordance with the listed requirements, by June 4, 2019, at the latest, to the following e-mail address: e-skole-nabava@carnet.hr.

Due to the significant interest from economic operators, the Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET hereby extends the deadline for comments and suggestions, as well as the estimated value, to June. 12to 2019.
