Education Management and Tracking Application – EMA it is the central place for the registration of all users from the primary and secondary school system for professional development organized by:

• CARNET-a
• Agency for Education
• Agencies for Vocational Education and Adult Education (ASOO)
• Mobility and EU Programmes Agency (AMPEU)
• National Center for External Evaluation of Education (NCVVO)
• Ministry of Science, Education and Youth (MZOM). 

The purpose of the application is to enable all interested participants of professional development courses from the primary and secondary school system to search, register for, and download certificates from professional development courses.

The application allows all listed institutional users, as well as contracted providers of professional development organization services, to easily organize and implement professional development, and to generate reports for monitoring held professional development and included users.

Posting to the EMA app as a user is extremely simple. Simply access EMA application In the top right corner, click "Login" and then "AAI@EduHr login".
