At the webinar titled Network Operations Center (NOC) under the hood The purpose and operation of CARNET's Network Operations Center (NOC) will be presented, that is, what CARNET NOC is and how it works.
In a virtual environment in 45 minutes, CARNET's network specialist Eldis Mujarić will also talk about the most common difficulties users encounter and what they can do themselves before contacting CARNET for help.
The webinar will be held on Monday, November 16, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM.
The webinar is intended for technical support specialists, directory and resource administrators, CARNET coordinators, and all CARNET network users who use and/or report difficulties related to the connectivity of member institutions to the CARNET network, but others who are interested can also attend.
