Market Research Invitation – Procurement of Furniture for Demonstration Laboratories

The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET plans to initiate a public procurement procedure for furniture for demonstration laboratories within the project „e-University: Digital Transformation of Higher Education Project.”.

The subject of the procurement includes the supply of furniture for demonstration laboratories (hereinafter: laboratories) for advanced educational technology with the aim of implementing a comprehensive modernization program of Croatian higher education called “e-University”.

Pursuant to the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/16, Official Gazette 114/22), for the purpose of procurement preparation and informing economic operators about its plans and requirements related to the procurement, CARNET hereby publishes the technical specification and bill of quantities for the subject procurement.

When conducting market research, CARNET will act in a manner that does not distort market competition or violate the principles of non-discrimination and transparency. The results of the conducted research do not bind CARNET, nor do they create any legal transaction/relationship with the economic entities that participated in the research.

For further planning and implementation of the procurement procedure, we kindly request all interested economic entities to submit comments and suggestions on the technical specification and bill of quantities. no later than February 10, 2025. to the email address nabava@carnet.hr.
