The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET, plans to initiate the public procurement procedure Procurement of equipment and furniture for pilot laboratories – Neurolab Dubrovnik.
In accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/16, Official Gazette 114/22), prior to the formal commencement of the public procurement procedure, CARNET publishes a call for the purpose of market research to prepare the procurement and to inform economic operators about its plans and requirements related to the procurement.

Annex 1. Technical Specification provides a detailed explanation of the subject of the procurement.
The interested economic operator is expected to:
- Fill in the Technical Specification (Appendix 1) for the proposed device models. In the technical specification, it is necessary to fill in all items of the proposed technical specification, in accordance with the proposed model of the requested device. It is possible to propose more than one device that meets the technical specification, with possible comments on the impact of individual components on the final device price.;
- Fill in the attached Bill of Quantities for individual procurement items and submit a detailed specification with the prices for each item of the procurement;
- Additional suggestions for improving the functionality of the study.
Answers to the following questions are also expected from the interested economic operator:
- Minimum equipment availability period in the Republic of Croatia
- Estimated delivery schedule for equipment
Interested economic entities are free to submit their proposals and comments. Based on all received data, CARNET will compile the procurement documentation.
