CARNET data and CARNET privacy (consents and Privacy Notice) in the heart of Zagorje

Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET is organizing an event titled CARNET Data and CARNET Privacy (Consent and Information Notice) which will be held at the Regional Education Center (ROC) at Stjepan Radić Elementary School in Brestovac Orehovički.

The event is aimed at bringing national services and tools closer to end-users through direct support, experience sharing, and bringing users together at the local level. Through practical workshops and case studies, participants will gain a better understanding of how to apply available CARNET services in their daily work and will have the opportunity to ask questions, suggest improvements, and receive live support – at school.

The event will take place July 2, 2025. The event will take place on [Date] at 8:00 AM, and it is intended for educational professionals who wish to improve the application of digital tools in data work, expand their knowledge of digital consent management, and become acquainted with a new communication platform – Informativka – through practical examples.

The event themes are as follows:

  • CARNET data system – Data visualization and risks in operation
  • Learning outcomes in the e-Diary and CARNET data
  • Privacy Policy: Consents and Information Notice

To participate, you need to register via EMA system. The number of spots is limited, and applications are possible no later than June 30th by end of day.
