Information literacy is crucial – don't be naive and sign up for a course

Teachers, professors, academic staff, and anyone interested can learn how to become information literate themselves and in turn educate their students through an e-course organized by CARNET as part of the e-Schools project.

On the course, you will specifically learn:

  • The importance of information literacy in education,
  • how to access desired information in a digital environment in various ways; advanced search strategies; searching for scientific and expert information.,
  • how to critically evaluate digital content sources,
  • how to implement information literacy in the teaching process.

The course takes place in the Loomen system and requires 16 hours of your commitment, which you can schedule as you see fit. Attending this e-course is flexible: enrollment is always open, the only important thing is to complete the course approximately by July 1, 2023.
