Dear teachers,
We invite you to participate in a cycle of online training sessions titled „Teachers for Teachers”, which are carried out as part of the project Application of Digital Technologies Based on Artificial Intelligence in Education – BrAIn.
The goal of the education program
Educational program „Teachers for Teachers” is designed so that teachers who implement the curriculum „Artificial Intelligence: From Concept to Application“ they design and implement training for their colleagues.
The goal of the education program „Teachers for Teachers” is to provide teachers and educators with support in their daily work with new curricula. Through exchange of experiences, good practice examples, and collaborative learning The program opens a space for dialogue, empowerment, and the creation of new ideas that will make teaching more innovative, interesting, effective, and closer to the needs of students and teachers.
Education formats
The training sessions will take place exclusively online with CARNET technical support, in various formats:
- webinar,
- discussion panel,
- virtual workshop.
Implementation phases
The education program is planned in two phases:
- Phase one: November 2025 – February 2026.
- Topics related to curriculum implementation for 7th and 8th grade (1st and 2nd year of study) of elementary school tea 2nd and 3rd grade (1st and 2nd year of study) of high school, which were experimentally conducted in the 2024/2025 school year and are still ongoing.
- Second phase: From February 2026 onwards
- Inclusion and topics related to curriculum implementation for 5th and 6th grade of elementary school, which implementation began in the 2025/2026 school year.
Thematic areas
- Examples of good practice and ideas for implementing teaching activities focused on achieving curriculum learning outcomes.
- Topics not directly related to achieving the curriculum's educational outcomes, but crucial for curriculum implementation, such as:
- implementation challenges,
- experiences, needs, and motivation of students and teachers,
- (in)security and empowerment of teachers,
- sharing and publishing educational content on Edutorij and others.
Terms of Application
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- employees are in a school in the Republic of Croatia as educational workers,
- They conducted or are conducting CARNET's educational program „Artificial Intelligence: From Concept to Application“ for primary or secondary school students.
Selection process
The verification of minimum requirements is carried out by an Expert Committee composed of representatives from CARNET. The Committee reviews each application, and the selection is made in accordance with the topics candidates apply for, which are defined as relevant and necessary, and in accordance with the plan and dynamics of the education implementation. Selected candidates will be contacted via the email they provide in the application questionnaire.
When filling out the application form, the organizer will process your personal data (name and surname, e-mail address, and the name of the school where you are employed) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), solely for the purpose of processing applications and communication related to this public call.

Participation and acknowledgments
All participants who will be presenting as part of the „Teachers for Teachers“ education program will receive a certificate of participation for the category of Lectures, Workshops, and Education, for holding a state-level lecture.
Duration of Public Call
Applications for the first phase are being accepted November 15, 2025.
The deadline for applications will be announced for the second phase.
