With a special presentation and celebration at CUC, we are marking 10 years of existence Portal for Schools.
On Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 9:30 AM, a presentation on the ten-year anniversary of the School Portal will be held at Hotel Lacroma, in the Nocturno hall. The presentation will reflect on how the Portal's story began. The Portal was conceived as a unique place, a source of all important and useful information for schools, teachers, educational staff, students, and parents.
We will present to you how visual identities have changed over the years, what changes we have introduced in the section structures, and how the portal has become a place for exchanging advice and contacts, an ideal place to present your original works, but also a kind of bulletin board that can help you find sought-after materials, information about professional development, news in the system, etc. In the presentation, we will particularly focus on successful collaborations that we have been achieving for years with teachers, students, schools, and external associates who enrich the portal with diverse and educational content.
Throughout the duration of the CUC, participants will have access to the signs #skolehr and #portalzaskole in front of the photo corner. Anyone interested can take a photo and share it on their social media profiles.
Considering that we are celebrating our jubilee 10th birthday this year, everything is in the sign of the number 10. Therefore, on Friday, November 10th, from 10 to 11 AM, the e-Škole booth at the Lacroma Hotel will host a celebration of 10 years of the Portal za škole. Members of the Portal za škole editorial team will be at the e-Škole booth and will answer questions from interested participants, such as what content creation for the portal entails, how to enter news, as well as questions about the portal itself and its content. The fastest CUC participants who have:
- took pictures in front of the photo corner with the sign #skolehr or #portalzaskole
- shared a photo on their social media profile, obligatorily tagging CARNET's Portal for Schools, and
- They will show the announcement to the editorial board members at the booth at the specified time and expect prizes.
And to wrap things up, for the celebration of the birthdays of the 10x10 luckiest and most loyal readers, we've prepared a real, little sweet birthday surprise!
