Dear users of CARNET's videoconferencing services,
from April 1, 2023 CARNET will no longer provide support for H.323-based videoconferencing. Services and infrastructure, as well as the Polycom Realpresence Desktop application, will no longer be available.
CARNET, in collaboration with the academic community, has enabled the use of more modern and simpler web conferencing solutions such as MS Teams, Google Meet, or Adobe Connect.
Do you still want to use the installed equipment for calls between the two locations or collaboration with countries outside of Croatia (e.g., Polycom or CISCO video conferencing devices)? When dialing, you need to call the destination IP address of the device.
If the equipment no longer meets your needs, please announce the return of the equipment by email inventura@carnet.hr send the equipment to the address:
