The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET, plans to commence a public procurement process for an artificial intelligence platform.
In accordance with the Public Procurement Act (NN 120/16, NN 114/22), prior to the formal commencement of a public procurement procedure for the purpose of market research (to prepare the procurement and inform economic operators about their plans and requirements regarding the procurement), CARNET hereby publishes a call for market research.
For the purpose of further planning and implementation of the procedure, and for the preparation of procurement documentation, we kindly ask all interested economic entities to submit comments and responses according to the required information from the call.
