The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET, plans to commence public procurement proceedings key management system, for the needs of the CroQCI project.
In accordance with the Public Procurement Act (NN 120/16, NN 114/22), prior to the formal commencement of the public procurement procedure for the purpose of conducting market research (for the preparation of procurement and informing economic entities about its plans and requirements regarding procurement), CARNET hereby publishes the requirements related to the procurement and delivery of the requested equipment.
For the purpose of further planning and implementation of the procedure, and the preparation of procurement documentation, we ask all interested economic entities to submit comments and proposals along with the proposed technical specification and price of the HSM device in accordance with the given requirements no later than do February 28, 2025* to the email address nabava@carnet.hr.
The deadline for market research is extended to March 7, 2025.
