Invitation to Market Research – Procurement of Service for Improvement of Technical Conditions of Aggregation CN Nodes

Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET plans to initiate a public procurement procedure Procurement Procurement of services to improve the technical conditions of aggregation CN nodes for the purposes of the „e-University“ project financed by the „National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026“, investment „C.3.1.R2-I„, “Digital Transformation of Higher Education".

In accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/16, Official Gazette 114/22), prior to the formal commencement of the public procurement procedure for the purpose of market research (to prepare the procurement and inform economic operators about its plans and requirements regarding the procurement), CARNET hereby publishes its requirements related to the procurement and delivery of Services for improving the technical conditions of aggregation CN nodes.

For further planning and implementation of the procedure and preparation of procurement documentation, we request all interested economic entities to submit comments and proposals together with the proposed technical specification and bill of quantities in accordance with the given requirements no later than 10.10.2025., to the email address nabava@carnet.hr.

The deadline for market research is extended to November 17, 2025.
