Invitation to Market Research – Key Management System

The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET plans to initiate a public procurement process for a hardware security module as a component of a key management system, all within the framework of the project „Croatian Quantum Communication Infrastructure – CroQCI”. The end users of this project are the partner institutions in the project.

In accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/16, 114/22), for the purpose of procurement preparation and informing economic operators about its plans and requirements related to procurement, CARNET hereby announces the requirements related to the procurement of a key management system.
For further planning and execution of the procurement procedure and preparation of the Procurement Documentation, we kindly request all interested economic operators to submit proposals and comments along with the estimated value of all bill of quantities items using the attached bill of quantities in accordance with the given requirements and other items listed in point 6. Requirements from the economic operator., no later than December 5, 2024*, to the email address nabava@carnet.hr.

The deadline for market research is extended to December 16, 2024.
