Contemporary Technologies in Education STO 2016 in Rijeka

The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNet, in cooperation with the Faculty of Teacher Education and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Rijeka, is organizing the third student day. Contemporary Technologies in Education (STO) 2016.

After successfully holding On the first student day in Zagreb tea  second in Split, The third student day this year will be held in Rijeka at the Faculty of Teacher Education and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, located at Sveučilišna avenija 4.

The event will be held on April 22, 2016, at the premises of the Faculty of Teacher Education and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and is intended for all students of faculties of teacher education and faculties that educate students for teaching tracks.

The rich program will offer students, future teachers, a series of workshops, inspirational lectures, and introduce them to examples and demonstrations of innovative teaching. Students will have the opportunity to meet teachers who have enhanced their teaching through the use of technology, as well as various innovative learning and teaching methods that have given education another dimension. With such an approach, teaching becomes more dynamic, and students, through collaborative and research-based learning, become more motivated and engaged in the teaching process.
