  • Where, how, and to what extent are open educational resources available, what are the obstacles to this, and are there any?,
  • How much and in what way are open educational resources used in Croatia, and do teachers in Croatia use others' open educational resources?,
  • How much and in what way are we prepared to invest in the development of open educational resources, open content repositories, and to enable open access to digital scientific information?
