As many as 188 project proposals from micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) were submitted for the Call for Project Proposals – Improvement of Cybersecurity, with a total value of €7,869,657.28. A decision on the projects selected for funding is expected in the second quarter of 2026..
The invitation is presented on nine events attended by over 400 entrepreneurs. The events were organized in cooperation with the local economic and academic community and cybersecurity experts in Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Pula, and Varaždin.
NKS participated in conferences, organized info days, Cyber MeetUps, and workshops. A webinar was also held to present the main elements of the Call in detail to as many interested parties as possible, to familiarize them with the project application system, and to provide practical exercises designed for a better understanding of the entire application process.
Presentations are organized in collaboration with Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK), Croatian Employers' Association (HUP), Information Systems Security Agency (ZSIS), National Centre for Cyber Security (NCSC-HR), Centre of Excellence of Split-Dalmatia County, Istrian Development Agency – IDA Ltd. and Coworking Center Pula, Croatian Institute for Cybersecurity (HIKS) tea Center for Cyber Security at the University North.
