Webinars: e-Diary for Administrators and Teachers and Are You Playing or Learning? – Both

The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNet is organizing two webinars, e-Diary for administrators and teachers, which will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016, from 12 PM to 2 PM, and Are you playing or learning? – Both, on Sunday, September 4, 2016, starting at 4 PM.

First webinar e-Diary for Administrators and Teachers It is primarily intended for school administrators and teachers who will begin using the e-Diary service for the first time in the 2016/2017 school year, but also for everyone else interested in the topic. The webinar author will demonstrate the basic functionalities of the e-Diary, the role and duties of the administrator, and the functionalities used by homeroom teachers and teachers. It will also be possible to ask questions and participate in discussions during the webinar.

In the second webinar Are you playing or learning? – Both, There will be a discussion about ideas for improving the teaching of English as a foreign language, which the lecturer will share with teachers working with children and young people, concerning the integration of fun elements into teaching. The question will be raised whether this still constitutes learning, and the advantages of this teaching method will be presented. This webinar will be held in English.

The webinars will be held via the Adobe Connect communication and collaboration tool at the address http://connect.carnet.hr/webinar. To enter the virtual room, you need to select the 'Guest' option and enter your first and last name.
