The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET plans to initiate a public procurement procedure for the service of building a web presence for the Portal for Digital Education and Emerging Technologies, and for creating a UI Style Guide for web presences developed within the e-University project, all as part of the „e-University: Project for the Digital Transformation of Higher Education” project. The end users of this project are public higher education institutions: public universities, constituent units of universities, polytechnics, faculties, colleges, and campuses.
Through the Portal for Digital Education and Emerging Technologies, the aim is to provide users involved in the project with support in applying modern education in a digital environment and innovative teaching methods, access to all relevant information related to the application of digital technologies, access to digital tools, digital educational content and a learning management system, as well as instructions for their use, while the creation of the UI Style Guide will set standards for the visual design of websites created within the e-University project.
Pursuant to the Public Procurement Act (NN 120/16, NN114/22), for the purpose of procurement preparation and informing economic operators about its plans and requirements regarding procurement, CARNET hereby announces its requirements related to the procurement and delivery of network site construction services for the Portal for Digital Education and Emerging Technologies and the creation of a UI Style Guide for network sites created within the e-University project.
For further planning and execution of the procurement procedure and preparation of the Procurement Documentation, we request all interested economic entities to submit comments and proposals, along with the estimated value of all bill of quantities items, using the attached bill of quantities in accordance with the given requirements, no later than March 18, 2024, to the email address nabava@carnet.hr.
