Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET announces a Public Call for Review of Subject Content Based on e-Schools DOS.
This public call invites individuals, subject experts – teachers and instructors of elementary and secondary schools in the Republic of Croatia, to apply to provide a review service for developed subject content covering 100% of the valid curriculum, or contributing to the achievement of 100% of the curricular educational outcomes for a given subject and grade.
The developed subject content that requires review will be based on the subject content and structure of already developed digital educational content (hereinafter referred to as DOS), originating from the project “e-Schools: Comprehensive Informatization of School Business Processes and Teaching Processes for the Purpose of Creating Digitally Mature Schools for the 21st Century.”.
The subject content from the DOSs is refined and expanded in textual form, without additional interactive, self-directed, or multimedia elements, so that the newly developed subject content contributes to achieving the 100% educational outcomes of the curriculum for a given subject and grade.
The reviewed subject matter will be used exclusively for the purpose of training the virtual assistant, which will be developed as part of the project, to the highest possible quality. Brain, and will serve to personalize the learning and teaching process. The purpose of the virtual learning assistant is to develop an advanced tool available to students, parents, teaching staff, principals, professional services, and other stakeholders in the education system that would help students achieve the educational outcomes of subject curricula at the highest possible level and to gain deeper and better insight into their achievements. The virtual learning assistant will be realized through an application within CARNET's ecosystem and is based on advanced methods of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
This public call seeks subject matter experts to review the first phase of the development of subject matter content for the following subjects: Croatian Language, History, Geography, and Mathematics.

Application submission method
Interested individuals submit applications exclusively in electronic form – CV and supporting documentation. If a candidate is applying for multiple subject matter expert reviewers, they must do so through a separate application for each.
Applications submitted on time will be considered., November 15, 2025., including that day, and only those applications with accompanying documentation.
