The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET, plans to commence public procurement procedures for computer and communication equipment for the network infrastructure.
Pursuant to the Public Procurement Act (NN 120/16, NN 114/22), before the formal commencement of the public procurement procedure for the purpose of market research (to prepare the procurement and inform economic operators about their plans and requirements regarding the procurement), CARNET hereby publishes a call for market research with the aim of improving the quality and reliability of wireless network connectivity for CARNET institutions.
For this purpose, CARNET publishes the Functional Specification, Cost Estimate, and Technical-Functional Requirements.
With this, CARNET invites all interested economic entities to June 25, 2025. delivery years, completed technical-functional requirements table with answers and comments, completed bill of quantities, and other proposals and comments to the address nabava@carnet.hr.
