Call for Market Research – Procurement of Design and Fit-out Services for Large Studies

The Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET, plans to commence public procurement proceedings Procurement of design and equipping of large studios, for the needs of the project „e-University,“ funded by the „National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026,“ investment „C.3.1.R2-I,„ “Digital Transformation of Higher Education.".

In accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/16, Official Gazette 114/22), prior to the formal commencement of the public procurement procedure for the purpose of market research (to prepare the procurement and inform economic operators about its plans and requirements regarding the procurement), CARNET hereby publishes its requirements related to the procurement and delivery of ICT equipment – computer equipment and audio-video equipment.

For further planning and implementation of the procedure, and for the preparation of procurement documentation, we kindly request all interested economic entities to submit their comments and proposals with the proposed technical specification and price of equipment for equipping CARNET employees working on the project, in accordance with the given requirements, no later than September 3, 2025, at 16:00, to the following email address: nabava@carnet.hr.
