CARNET's Helpdesk for supporting the educational system provides assistance to users and basic information about the e-Matica system.
To provide you with a faster, more accurate, and more complete answer, it is important that you give us the best possible description and all essential information when reporting a problem or asking a question.
For example, if a problem arises with student data administration, be sure to state:
- Student's first name, last name, and OIB
- What action are you trying to perform in the system?
- error number that occurs at that time
- Your name, surname, and position at the institution
- all additional information that you consider essential to resolving the issue.

Web service
For all data exchange processes, principles and business rules apply that must be respected and
to consider for the purpose of correct data exchange.
The e-Matica system web service is exposed on the State Data Warehouse (GSB), and to retrieve data through the GSB, you need to contact the Shared Services Center. Basic information about the central state data warehouse and instructions for submitting requests are available at the link: Central State Office for the Development of the Digital Society – Public Administration Interoperability System – State Bus (GSB). NA Wiki Shared Services Center Portal After logging in with one of the NIAS credentials, under the option “Interoperability Platform - Detailed-GSB” in Other Documentation, download the Application Form for Access and Use of Data from Public Registers Used by State Administration Bodies, fill it out, and send it to the following email address: ssi@cdu.gov.hr .
It is important to state the purpose of accessing the data and the legal basis for accessing the data in the form.
