Since it is necessary to process personal data to use the majority of CARNET services, we pay special attention to the protection of the data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the state regulations. If you have any questions or wish to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation please contact the service providing team using common communication channels pertaining to that service.

The Data Protection Officer performs tasks in accordance with Article 39 of the General Data Protection Regulation and, inter alia, advises the controller and employees of the obligations under the Regulation.

The Data Protection Officer does not provide legal advice for other controllers or natural persons who are not employees of the controller (in this case, appointed by CARNET).
